NUTBISCUITS RECIPE (resepi dari German)
Masa di German, cikgu kami ada bagi kami makan biskut yang dibuat sendiri dengan isteri dia. Sedap sangat sampai aku minta extra untuk bawa balik ke Malaysia. Di sini cikgu kami bagi resepi biskut tersebut. Memang sedap. Selamat mencuba.

Recipe Nutbiscuits
Ingredients
dough:
- 150 g flour
- Half a teaspoon baking powder
- 65 g sugar
- A little vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 65 g cold margarine
Ingredients topping:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- A little vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 100 g ground (crushed) nuts
- 100 g hacked nuts
- Bitter chocolate
Preparation dough:
Mix the ingredients for the dough and keep them in a
cool place. Prepare the baking tray
(circa 37 x 37 centimetres) with a baking paper (Look picture 2).
Then spread the dough on the prepared baking tray.
Preparation topping:
- Slowly heat the butter in a pot until it becomes
liquid. Add the other ingredients and mix everything. Let the mix cool down
- Spread the cold mixture evenly onto the dough. If the
mixture is too hard, add a little bit of water.
- Then bake the nutbiscuits at 175 -200 degrees for about 20 to 30
minutes.
- After baking - the baking tray is still warm - cut the
nutbiscuits according to the pattern from the excel file.
- Put the chocolate in a bowl and place
the bowl in a pot with hot water.
- The chocolate will melt within 15 minutes.
- Finally apply the chocolate with a brush on the
corners of the cooled nutbiscuits.
